The Nine Network of Public is currently looking for interns to work during the Spring and Summer 14 semesters in the Community Engagement Department.
- Corporate Support Marketing Internship
The corporate support department of Nine Network (KETC) is looking for a motivated student with marketing training or background to help the department create presentations for prospective clients.
- Customer Service Coordinator Internship
The Membership department of the Nine Network (KETC) is looking for an individual to assist in member and viewer questions taken via the phone, programming questions, database work, assist in mailing and membership questions.
- Nine Academy Intern
Gain experience in the education of community members around video editing, multi-media production and digital engagement. Assist with editing videos for the web, create digital content and perform relevant research.
- Public Relations Internship
The marketing department needs a motivated intern interested in discovering firsthand how public relations contributes to the success of a nonprofit organization.
- Social Media Internship
The Social Media intern will help define and implement Nine Network (KETC)’s social media strategy by identifying various platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and content to engage and increase followers and fans.
- Special Events and Projects Intern
Assists the development department in planning and implementing various events, meetings and receptions.
- Stay Tuned Production Assistant Internship
Stay Tuned is unlike any other public affairs program in the local St. Louis market and a unique television format among PBS stations nationwide. This internship is a wonderful opportunity for a student interested in the significant political, social, economic and cultural issues that face the city of St. Louis.
