SitnBeFit - Low Impact Exercise Class
Improve your strength, endurance and health without leaving your chair! Class incorporates a series of movements, stretches and exercises done while seated. Thera-bands, poles or light weights may be used to increase the intensity of the work-out.
Join this supportive group for a 1-hour class using gentle exercise to improve joint mobility and general health. Instructor Joanne Reilley will teach you how to be your best! Cost is $28 for 1 day per week; $48 for 2 days per week, Tuesdays & Fridays.
