A Holiday Evening with Sylvia McNair

Moberly Area Council on the Arts (MACA) is pleased to announce A Holiday Evening with Sylvia McNair on Saturday, December 14 at 7PM in the Moberly High School Auditorium.

Sylvia McNair is an international vocal powerhouse, racking up Grammy and Emmy awards and critical acclaim through a career in the opera, oratorio, cabaret and musical theater that spans thirty years. Whether at the Metropolitan Opera, the Salzburg Festival, or with the New York Philharmonic, McNair performs to outstanding reviews in the pages of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the London Times.

Join us as McNair brings The American Songbook to Moberly as heard in her show at the famed Oak Room of New York's Algonquin Hotel that made one critic swoon: "I could get used to this kind of ecstasy." You don't want to miss this spectacular vocalist accompanied by pianist Ted Taylor and Jeremy Allen on bass! See more at sylviamcnair.com.

Tickets available at the door or by contacting Scott McGarvey at scottm@macc.edu or 660.676.2072.
