To find a cure for childhood cancer, we're going the distance…one million miles. That's a long way, but a parent of a child with cancer would go that far (and then some) to find a cure. Join us during the month of September (Childhood Cancer Awareness Month) as we collectively run or walk one million miles to raise funds and spread the word of the need to support childhood cancer research.

How will it work?

10,000 teams (or individuals) x 100 miles = 1 million miles
We are recruiting 10,000 runners or walkers (or teams) who will run 100 miles each (or, for teams, collectively) throughout the month of September.

Pledges/mile x 1 million miles = Millions of dollars for kids with cancer
There is no fee to sign up, but we ask each individual or team to try to obtain pledges per mile. Just think, if we could collectively raise $10/per mile, we would raise $10 million for pediatric cancer research in just one month!

Here's how you can help:

Start a team. Register your team at millionmilerun.org.Distribute postcards in your community – local running stores, gyms or businesses.
