America After Ferguson.
This PBS town hall meeting, moderated by PBS NEWSHOUR co-anchor and managing editor Gwen Ifill, explored the many issues brought into public discourse in the wake of Michael Brown’s death in Ferguson, Missouri. The program included national leaders and prominent thinkers in the areas of law enforcement, race and civil rights, as well as government officials, faith leaders and youth.
After extensive news coverage of events in Ferguson following the death of Michael Brown, the Nine Network is bringing young people and community leaders together for conversations about change. The programs below are part of the American Graduate initiative.
On August 28, 2014, the Nine Network of Public Media, together with KSDK NewsChannel 5, presented a special Stay Tuned simulcast. Casey Nolen and Art Holliday co-hosted a discussion with young leaders about how to create real change going forward.
